We are able to report that planning permission was granted for the Maytree Cottage garden which will be divided into two plots.

We are delighted to hear that the old Maytree Cottage will remain and is being very tastefully renovated and redecorated which will result in it being an asset to the road.

The southern plot has been granted planning permission for a new 5 bedroom house which will be constructed in a way that is sympathetic to the surrounding properties.

Eventually, the lovely maytree will be visible from the road. .

I believe that once this development is completed, it will have a positive influence on the road and I welcome the decision of the directors of Pullingers with their decision to progress in this manner that is a fair compromise for all.
