If you are concerned about over-development planning proposals in your road please contact Maytrees and we may be able to help you.  If you are able to help our cause, please email mail@maytrees.co.uk with any information or advice that you may have.

If you are a resident of St Catherines Road, Hayling Island we would welcome you having access to the protected members area.  This protected area contains:

• Contact details of all members

• Documents sent and received relating to the planning applications

• Plans submitted

• Information of the applicants

• Miscellaneous information

All pages on this web site are accessible by anyone on the Internet except the the protected members area that is solely restricted to members who are identified in the list of members.

We will respond within 24 hours to any emails received.  Access to the members only will only be given to local residents who are neither speculators nor developers. 

If you have any documents or letters that you have sent or received and would be willing to share them, please send them to mail@maytrees.co.uk and they will be added to the protected members area.  Alternatively, if I could borrow the documents, I can scan and return them promptly.
